- He’ll be departing from Blockstream but has decided to remain as the Chief Executive Officer of gaming development organization Pixelmatic.
- Samson Mow is also a participant in strategies to develop El Salvador’s Bitcoin City, a project that will utilize geothermal power.
Samson Mows Greets GoodBye To Blockstream
Samson Mow, CSP of Blockstream, has made an announcement that it is time for him to depart from the organization after serving the firm for 5 years.
He posted this information on social media platform Twitter, where he stated that he will remain “#BlockstreamSpy” following his announcement of leaving the Canada-based organization he has served since April 2017.
He will continue to serve as the CEO of gaming development organization Pixelmatic, a rank where more traction is demanded, but strategizes to concentrate on “nation-state Bitcoin adoption” in the upcoming years.
Samson Mow stated that, with everything occurring at the God Speed in El Salvador, and more and more nations showing interest in adoption of Bitcoin, he thinks that his efforts every day are not sufficient anymore.
Samson Mow went on to say that, with Blockstream in a nice place and well-capitalized after a flourishing B round, it was the perfect time to make a move. It also appears like this is a pivotal time in the evolution of Bitcoin — folks are standing on the edge of mass adoption, and he believes he can make the process swifter.
Mow’s Bitcoin City Involvement
Samson Mow is also a participant in the development of El Salvador’s Bitcoin City, which will harness geothermal power from nation’s Conchagua Volcano to fuel Bitcoin mining in this unique city, to be developed at mountain’s foot.
As per Mow, the $1 Million Bitcoin value can assist the South American country, the economic center of the globe.
Mow added that, he will continue his backing for Blockstream’s settlement network based on sidechain, Liquid, as it is vital for reformation of legacy monetary system.
