Ticket Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to tickets purchased through The Market Periodical Events. Please read them before you buy.

Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Market Periodical does not store your card details. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Unless an event’s own policy states otherwise, tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event start date. Refund requests within 14 days are at the organizer’s discretion. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Transfers

Tickets are transferable to another attendee at no charge — simply share your confirmation. Name changes at the door are subject to the organizer’s check-in process.

Cancellations & changes

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund. If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date, or you may request a refund. We will notify you by email using the address provided at checkout.

What your ticket includes

Your ticket admits you to the sessions described in the relevant ticket tier. Travel, accommodation and incidental costs are not included unless explicitly stated.

Your ticket & check-in

After purchase you receive an email with an order code and a QR ticket link. Present the QR code at the door for entry. Keep your ticket link private — it is your admission.
