Chainlink price has been in the limelight recently amid key developments within the ecosystem. These Developments involve partnering with World Liberty Financial, spot ETH filing with the US SEC, and strong whale activity.
They could be catalysts for a bullish surge. Chainlink price is currently at the cusp of a breakout that could set the stage for a rally to $100.
Chainlink Price Eyes Rally to $100
LINK is one of the top-performing cryptocurrencies in the market, with a solid 64% rally in the past three months. Currently, with a market cap of $15.86 billion, it’s the 12th-ranked cryptocurrency in the market as of this date.
As popular crypto analyst Ali Martinez states, the Chainlink price trades at a pivotal technical juncture. It was trading at the upper end of the consolidation range.
LINK could lead to extraordinary gains if it registers a breakout from here. Martinez predicts a more than 300% parabolic rally from here, moving to $100 and beyond.

As shown in the image above, the bullish scenario appears compelling from a technical perspective. However, failure to break above the triangle’s upper resistance could result in a pullback toward the $15-$18 support zone.
Chainlink Price Rally Can Continue Amid Strong Treasury Demand
Nasdaq-listed CaliberCos (NASDAQ: CWD) has become the first publicly listed firm to adopt a Chainlink-focused treasury policy formally. As a result, its shareholders have direct exposure to Chainlink price movements.
The company said the move aligns with its strategy of operating at the intersection of real-world assets and blockchain infrastructure. Adding LINK to its reserves reinforces this positioning, providing a framework for institutional adoption of crypto assets.
Along with declaring its Chainlink treasury plan, CaliberCos outlined a structured approach covering tax, accounting, custody, and governance considerations. The firm confirmed that its initial LINK purchase was intended to test internal systems before scaling.
Going forward, CaliberCos said it will pursue disciplined, institutional-grade LINK accumulation. This development could lead to other firms adopting the LINK treasury strategy, thereby increasing the Chainlink price.
CWD shares surged up to 2,500% intraday following the announcement, briefly hitting a high of $56. However, the stock later pulled back, closing the day at $9.11.
Spot Chainlink ETF and Whale Activity
Digital asset manager Grayscale has filed to convert its existing Chainlink Trust into a spot ETF. It seeks approval to list the Grayscale Chainlink Trust ETF on NYSE Arca under the ticker GLNK.
The move would provide traditional investors with direct exposure to LINK, the native token of Chainlink’s decentralized oracle network. According to the filing, Coinbase Custody Trust Company will serve as the fund’s custodian.
The filing notes that the fund could stake some of its LINK holdings. These holdings are subject to favorable tax and regulatory conditions. Third-party providers will manage the staking while the assets remain secured in custodian-managed wallets.
Alphractal reported on X that the number of large Chainlink holders has reached a new record this month. Data shows that over 600 wallets now hold between 100,000 and 1 million LINK, or over 1 million LINK.
Santiment data reveals that whales accumulated 1.25 million LINK in the first two days of September. This surge in buying activity highlights growing confidence in Chainlink’s long-term potential.
