Stock-to-Flow (S2F) founder PlanB has reiterated his long-term Bitcoin price prediction, stating that BTC could reach $500,000 by 2028. Market watchers also discussed past market cycles, current ETF inflows, and recent market activity that shows renewed accumulation during the latest price drop.
PlanB Repeats Bitcoin Price Prediction
Bitcoin price prediction remains central to PlanB’s latest remarks. He said Bitcoin could still reach a $10 trillion market cap and a $500,000 price level in the 2028 cycle.
Notably, he linked this outlook to the same Stock-to-Flow chart that guided his 2019 forecast. He said the model pointed to $1 trillion in market cap during the 2020 to 2024 period. The market reached that zone as projected.
PlanB repeated that the same chart now shows a path to a $10 trillion market valuation. Still, he said his view has not changed despite recent market fluctuations. He added that the model still indicates a long-term upward trend if Bitcoin follows earlier halving cycles.
He gave this view while Bitcoin trades near the $86,431 level. The asset is down from its recent $126,000 peak.

Market analysts also noted that Bitcoin sits within a key range between $86,000 and $80,600. This range has acted as the mid-zone that traders have been watching since early in the year.
ETF Activity and Whales Point to Renewed Accumulation
To complement the Bitcoin price prediction, ETF flows added another layer to the current market picture. The Bloomberg chart showed a rare day of net inflows into Bitcoin ETFs.
The group recorded approximately $238 million in inflows, despite the largest product, BlackRock’s IBIT, ending the session in the red. This mix created a contrast that analysts have noted as unusual because the broader market declined at the same time.
Meanwhile, whales also continued to buy the dip. Market watchers believe these large holders are quietly adding to their positions in a bid to shift price direction.

Again, this follows the view expressed by analysts who believe that the market has entered an accumulation phase. They warned that retail investors might overlook these signs, but the flow of funds indicates that major players remain active.
Popular Bitcoin supporter Max Keiser reinforced this interpretation. He described the recent downturn as the end of a long distribution phase.
He noted that the fresh inflows could set the stage for the next major Bitcoin price prediction if support levels hold.
Key Price Zones Will Shape the Next Trend for Bitcoin
One structural level remains important in the near term. Bitcoin has a major support zone at $74,110. That level also matches the average buy price linked to Michael Saylor’s long-term strategy. His firm holds 649,870 Bitcoin valued at about $55.96 billion.
Market watchers said the market could keep its upward setup if that zone remains untouched. Per this market outlook, a recovery above $112,000 could open the path to the $120,000 to $125,000 pocket.
Traders consider that level necessary before any serious discussion of a 2025 all-time high. However, price movement would still depend on broader sentiment and long-term demand.
Bitcoin price prediction will remain a topic as long as the market tracks these levels. The current market cap stands at about $1.72 trillion, with a 3% change in the latest session.
Trading volume reached $42.98 billion, with a 50.44% decline, indicating that activity remains, however, within a tight range.
Essentially, PlanB said that the current cycle still fits within earlier patterns. He noted that his long-term view for $500,000 remains unchanged.
The market will keep watch on ETF flows, whale activity, and the key price zones that could shape the next stage of Bitcoin’s trend.
