Despite the latest Bitcoin purchase, the Metaplanet stock price has crashed over 7%, slipping under $1,000 JPY for the first time since May. Metaplanet’s market-adjusted net asset value (mNAV) currently stands at 2.45, with the company still holding only 8% of its 2027 BTC accumulation target. Based on current figures, the firm is on track to increase its BTC holdings more than 12-fold over the next 2.5 years.

Analysts note that if Metaplanet’s mNAV were to reset to 1x today and remain at that level through the end of 2027, its stock would be priced at approximately 5,000 JPY (around $34). Similarly, at 2x mNAV, the estimate rises to 10,000 JPY ($68), and if the current 2.45 mNAV holds, the stock could reach 12,250 JPY ($83).
