Elon Musk turned a rough day for crypto into a meme on November 6, and a tiny BNB Chain token got pulled along with it.
While Bitcoin slipped under $80,000, Elon Musk replied to Dogecoin co-creator Billy Markus with a red-tinted image of Binance founder Changpeng Zhao.
Within hours, traders were linking the CZ meme to GREEN MORNING (GM). The meme coin jumped more than 700% and kept going.
Elon Musk Shares CZ Meme as Crypto Market Slides
It started with an ordinary morning post. Markus, who posts as Shibetoshi Nakamoto, wrote that he had just woken up in Japan and wanted to see how the market was doing. The post drew about 1.7 million views.
Elon Musk’s reply had no caption. It was a blurry, deep red image of CZ, and most traders read it as a joke about every chart bleeding red. The reply passed 3 million views.

CZ answered with the famous “arrow to the knee” meme from Skyrim, going along with the joke. Binance co-founder Yi He joined in with the red pill and blue pill scene from The Matrix.
The timing is what made it land. The price of Bitcoin had dropped below $80,000, and crypto was falling alongside a wider sell-off in stocks. For a few hours, one CZ meme summed up the whole market.
GREEN MORNING GM Token Explodes More Than 1,000%
Major coins kept falling after Elon Musk’s post, and GM went the other way. The token runs on BNB Chain, has a fixed supply of 1 billion, and trades mostly on PancakeSwap.

Early reports show that GM had gone up more than 400%, with a market cap near $2.72 million. Later in the session the market cap passed $3 million. At the peak, the coin recorded a 24-hour gain of roughly 1,210%, and GM’s valuation briefly reached $8.21 million.
The 700% figure is the price hike at the moment. The top came earlier. Prices cooled after the peak, and the market cap fell back to around $7.69 million.
Why Did GM Rally After Elon Musk’s CZ Meme?
Elon Musk never mentioned GREEN MORNING. No report so far shows him naming, endorsing or linking to the token. The rally came from the connection traders drew to his post.
GM already had a story. In crypto circles “GM” means good morning, and Markus had literally posted a good morning message.
Reports also tie the GREEN MORNING name to a September post from CZ that used a green-filtered image of himself. On a red day, a red-tinted CZ looked like the opposite of that older green picture.
Traders spotted the link quickly. The red CZ reminded them of the green CZ, and the green CZ led straight to GM.
The token didn’t appear out of nowhere. Elon Musk’s post gave an old meme a new reason to trend.
GM Market Cap Crosses $8 Million as Trading Volume Surges
Small tokens move violently when attention arrives. Before November 6, GM sat far down the rankings, with thin trading on decentralized exchanges. In newly launched coins, fairly modest buy orders can push the price up by hundreds of percent.
That is how this rally played out. Posts tying the CZ meme to GM spread across crypto X, buyers showed up on PancakeSwap, and trading volume climbed sharply.
Higher prices brought more posts, and more posts brought more buyers. At the high, that loop carried GM’s market cap past $8 million.
For Elon Musk, the post was a one-image joke about a bad day in crypto. For GM holders, it was the token’s biggest day so far. Whether that interest holds depends on whether the meme keeps trending once the wider market settles.
