Dogecoin (DOGE) price trend analysis pointed to a bullish continuation trend. The analyst shared long-term structures, Ichimoku confirmation, and repeated breakout patterns. These indicators highlighted that the meme coin was moving towards high positions, and stronger technical signals showed a steady increase.
Historical Breakout Patterns Point to New Dogecoin Price Rally
According to analyst Galaxy, a long-term perspective showed that Dogecoin historically followed recurring breakout patterns before entering parabolic rallies. The token consolidated beneath descending trendlines in 2016–2017 and 2020–2021 before breaking out and accelerating sharply. The latest structure showed DOGE consolidating above a reclaimed long-term resistance line, mirroring previous setups that preceded major bull runs.

Additionally, the analysis highlighted that each prior breakout was preceded by prolonged sideways accumulation, followed by rapid momentum shifts in favour of buyers. Marked green zones in the chart illustrate where DOGE reclaimed resistance before entering bullish phases.
The repetition suggests that Dogecoin’s price was again positioned at the early stage of a potential growth cycle. This lays the groundwork for a continuation of its broader upward trajectory.
In structural terms, the chart implied that DOGE can adapt to the broad market trends towards a new expansion cycle. Short-term volatility remained possible, although price holding above the former downtrend resistance was the key factor.
From the analyst’s view, this consolidation reinforced the probability of a sustained upside momentum if liquidity and demand conditions persisted.
Ichimoku Signals Reinforce Dogecoin’s Uptrend Structure
Another daily Ichimoku chart posted by analyst Trader Tardigrade indicated an optimistic bullish outlook on September 21. DOGE was above the Kumo cloud and the baseline of the Kijun-sen, indicating strong backing and extension of the current uptrend. No new bearish signals existed, while the existing long positions were not reversed.
In addition, the Ichimoku system showed four congruent bullish indicators: price trading over the Kijun-sen, the Kumo, a green cloud, and the Chikou Span over the price. The cumulative total of these readings was +4, which is a strong uptrend in Dogecoin’s structure.
More so, consistency was brought when momentum was maintained in short, mid, and
long time periods.

Moreover, the memecoin was noted to have support at about $0.2477 at the Kijun-sen, at $0.2151 and $0.2221 at the Kumo. Resistance was less specified, but some past bullish confirmation was a Tenkan-sen and Kijun-sen cross on September 13, a Chikou Span cross on September 10, and a Kumo breakout on September 7.
Altogether, these indicators suggested progressive strength with only a decisive failure below the cloud, which was viewed as a challenge to the structure.
Higher Consolidations Signal Imminent Breakout To $0.50
Moreover, Tardigrade noted an increase in the consolidation levels in recent months. Dogecoin price kept moving into periods of accumulation, with each period being higher than the previous one, implying the presence of an increasing bullishness and a lower chance of sharp pullbacks. This trend indicated a long-term demand since traders were accumulating at increasing levels.

One of the most notable observations was that a purple resistance line was tested multiple times without a successful breakthrough by DOGE. The resistance tests lowered strength, while higher lows were developed, and the probability of a breakout in history rose. The last merger was tightened towards the end of this line, indicating a potential surge.
Additionally, it was predicted that a breakout could be successful in the range of $0.40-$0.50, which has been the market scenario with upward cycles and consolidations coming after a steep rise. A close difference between the support and resistance levels characterized pre-breakout structures.
In the meantime, DOGE analysis indicated that continuation would be possible provided the price was maintained above the consolidation levels. At the time of reporting, Dogecoin’s price was trading at $0.238, well above key support levels.
