U.S. crypto ETFs closed October 13 in the green on both sides. Spot Bitcoin funds recorded $175.62 million in net inflows, and spot Ethereum funds added $24.84 million, according to SoSoValue data.
For Ethereum products, it was the first positive day of the month after a long run of daily outflows. The numbers follow a rough stretch. Bitcoin ETFs lost $681.10 million in the week ending October 9, and Ethereum ETFs shed $542.07 million over the same period.
Bitcoin ETFs Attract $176M as Fidelity’s FBTC Leads Inflows
Fidelity’s FBTC did most of the heavy lifting, pulling in roughly $103 million, well over half of the day’s $175.62 million total.
The inflow reversed a $65.40 million outflow from October 12. Cumulative net inflows for Bitcoin ETFs now stand at $57.22 billion, with total net assets at $106.98 billion. Trading volume came in at $1.65 billion.

Net assets are still lower than they were at the start of last week. On October 5, the funds held $110.77 billion. The worst day was October 7, when $487.07 million left the funds, the largest single-day outflow for crypto ETFs tracking Bitcoin so far this month.
So far this week, spot Bitcoin funds show $110.22 million in net inflows across two trading sessions.
Ethereum ETFs Add $24.84M, Led by Grayscale’s Mini Trust
Grayscale’s Ethereum Mini Trust (ETH) led the day with $16.73 million, about two-thirds of the $24.84 million total.
The positive print ended a streak of eight straight outflow days, running from October 1 to October 12. The heaviest withdrawals occurred on October 6 and 7, when Ethereum funds lost $201.89 million and $160.77 million, respectively.
Ethereum products have been the weaker side of crypto ETFs this month. Cumulative net inflows sit at $13.20 billion, down from $13.84 billion on October 1.
Total net assets stand at $15.83 billion, compared with $17.71 billion at the start of the month. The weekly figure is still negative.
Ether funds show a $60.56 million net outflow for the current week, so one green day has not covered Monday’s $85.40 million exit.
Crypto ETFs Turn Positive for Bitcoin and Ethereum on October 13
Tuesday was the first session in October where Bitcoin and Ethereum crypto ETFs both posted inflows on the same day. Combined, the two groups drew about $200.46 million.
Bitcoin funds had already logged four positive days this month, on October 1, 2, 6 and 9. Ethereum funds had none until now.
One day does not make a trend. Bitcoin flows have swung hard in both directions in October, with eight of nine sessions moving more than $60 million either way.
Ethereum crypto ETFs have lost close to $1.9 billion in total net assets since October 1, and a $24.84 million inflow barely dents that.
The next few sessions will show whether buyers are back or Tuesday was only a pause in the selling.
BTC Price Analysis: Can Crypto ETFs Support a Recovery?
Bitcoin trades around $83,263 on the 1-hour BTC/USDT chart. Price has moved sideways since bouncing from a sharp drop toward $80,393, and the short-term trend reads neutral to slightly bearish.
The nearest support sits at $82,500 to $82,800. Below that, $81,000 to $81,500 is the next zone, followed by the $80,393 swing low.

On the upside, BTC faces immediate resistance at $83,800-$84,200. A move above $84,500 would improve the short-term outlook, with $85,000 as the next target.
For a bullish case, BTC needs to clear $84,000-$84,200 with stronger volume and hold above it. That could trigger a run to $84,500, then $85,000.
For a bearish case, a drop below $82,500 that fails to recover would put $81,500 back in play, with $80,393 as the main downside level.
Steady inflows into crypto ETFs would give buyers some support. One green session is a start, and traders will want to see the inflows repeat before calling the bounce a recovery.
