BNB price approached $750 as Binance advanced its licensing application in Brazil. The exchange filed for regulatory authorization on Oct. 23 before the country’s Oct. 30 deadline.

Meanwhile, Binance restricted several services for Brazilian users, while BNB Standard expanded its blockchain infrastructure plans. The token’s recovery from $720 also brought higher resistance levels into focus.

Binance Files for Brazil Crypto License Ahead of Deadline

Binance submitted its cryptocurrency license application to Brazil’s central bank on October 23 through its local entity, BBrasil. According to the company’s regulatory update, the filing seeks authorization to operate as a virtual asset service provider. The October 30 deadline applies to existing crypto businesses seeking continued operations during the regulatory transition.

The exchange began restricting eight services on October 27, including loans, margin trading, Binance Pool, and cloud mining. It also removed 22 tokens from Brazilian trading, including USDE, USTC, DCR, and XVG.

Existing customers can generally reduce or close affected positions, although new positions are no longer permitted. These changes follow Binance’s separate announcement concerning mining pool services, which scheduled a broader shutdown for November 10.

Binance also plans to complete its Brazilian payment-account migration by October 29, ahead of the licensing deadline. Under the new structure, BBrasil will provide permitted crypto services, while Binance Brasil Corretora will manage local payment accounts. The exchange said customer assets remain protected during the transition.

BNB Standard Plans Validator as CZ Points to AI Opportunities

BNB Standard’s Nasdaq opening-bell ceremony on October 26 brought renewed attention to the BNB Chain ecosystem. The company, formerly CEA Industries, appointed Alex Odagiu as chief executive and continues trading under the BNC ticker. It’s reported that treasury holds more than 515,400 BNB, worth approximately $383.5 million.

According to its October 19 SEC filing, BNB Standard plans to operate a validator using a specialist infrastructure provider. The company will maintain qualified custody arrangements, while validator rewards will depend on network performance. This follows VanEck’s decision to add staking to its BNB ETF in October.

At the ceremony, Binance founder Changpeng Zhao said cryptocurrency could become the “native currency for AI.” He suggested AI systems could use Bitcoin, stablecoins, or new tokens, with BNB Chain supporting such transactions. Zhao also identified underserved markets and remittances as possible starting points for wider crypto payment adoption.

BNB Price Tests $755 Resistance as Buyers Target $800

BNB crypto is recovering from recent sell-offs and currently testing resistance at 750–755 on the four-hour chart. Rebounding from around $720, the price has been forming higher lows since the beginning, indicating stronger buying pressure in the short term.

Still, there have been a number of rejections near $755, suggesting buyers require a decent breakout to close the gap and drive further upside. If BNB price clears above this resistance, it could head toward $760 and possibly $770, with immediate support at $740, then $730 and $720.

The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) shows improving bullish momentum, as the MACD line is above the signal line at 1.30. Overall, the momentum has been relatively weak, with a positive histogram reading of 0.78. The Directional Movement Index (DMI) is currently positive, indicating that buyers have the advantage.

The Average Directional Index (ADX) is also on an upward trend, closing in on 14.61, which still falls within the bulls’ territory, but momentum is low. However, if the BNB price fails to breach resistance, it may continue to trade between $730 and $755, increasing the chances of another retest of $720.
