AAVE Price Daily and 4-Hour Chart Signal Breakout Potential
Currently, AAVE price is trending strongly higher on the daily chart. After breaking above $260, the token is now aiming for the next significant level at $383.
This could result in an increase of 36.7% from the present AAVE price. Meanwhile, the MACD is showing a bullish crossover, while the RSI is still at 74.5, just under the extreme overbought level.

On the lower timeframe, charts also show a bullish trend. The 4-hour chart shows the price breaking above $270.
Bollinger Bands are expanding, which means the market is becoming more volatile. Short-term targets are at $328 and $357. However, if a retracement occurs, possible support levels are found at $248 and $234 using Fibonacci retracement zones.

In both timeframes, the setup points to a continuation, unless the market corrects or profit-taking ends the rally. Still, because big wallets are buying up the coins, corrections might not be very deep.
AAVE Futures Open Interest and Volume Show Rising Participation
Moreover, interest in AAVE is increasing, as shown by the derivatives data. According to Coinglass, AAVE’s futures open interest has reached over $558 million, a significant increase from the March low of $183.45 million.

Open interest is the total number of outstanding derivative contracts and when it rises sharply, it often signals that stronger AAVE price changes are coming soon, either higher or lower, depending on who holds the contracts.
Meanwhile, trading activity also supports the same idea. Recently, AAVE’s daily volume went above $1 billion, a retrace from last week’s high of over $2 billion.
Since April, the number of traders has gone up and is still increasing as the price rises. In most cases, prices breaks through resistance zones when the volume is sustained.
Furthermore, The core metrics of AAVE’s protocol are also looking strong. For the first time, Total Value Locked (TVL) has exceeded $25 billion.
This is nearly $10 billion higher than the amount reported in early April. The rise in TVL means that more users are borrowing and lending on AAVE, which reflects their trust and efficient use of capital.

Fee generation has been steadily rising, with the weekly fees having now reached over $1 million, a big increase from the sub-$800k seen earlier in 2025.
The income from fees is important because it helps to guide decisions and ensures the long-term success of AAVE for its token holders.
The TVL and fee increases are consistent with the increase in the price of the token. Combined with whale accumulation, expanding volume, and bullish technical charts, the case for a continued rally toward $380 appears to be gaining traction.
