Ethereum (ETH) has shown strong performance since the start of October, and now analysts are targeting $6,000 by November. While they acknowledged short-term volatility, they cited key levels that point towards a favorable price setup.
Expectations of more rate cuts have added to the bullish ETH outlook. Still, Ethereum price has encountered key resistance that could limit its future rally.
Can Ethereum Price Hit $6,000 By November?
Market Analyst Cas Abbe emphasized in an X post that the current Ethereum price setup is favorable for upward movement. The analyst explained that Ethereum underwent a perfect weekly retest, characterised by strong volume and momentum.
According to CoinMarketCap data, the ETH price has increased by 15.5% over the past week. The trading volume also surged to over $45 billion, while the market capitalisation jumped to $542.3 billion.
High volume on a bounce suggests ETH is seeing real buying interest, not just noise. Currently, the ETH price is oscillating around $4,491.
In his post, Cas Abbe shared a chart that revealed a potential retest between the $4,100 and $4,200 levels. Following this retest, the analyst expects ETH to rally towards a new all-time high (ATH).

This is common in bull markets, as prices do not just go straight up. Rather, prices usually consolidate to shake out weak hands. This is a balanced view with bullish overall, but preparing for a healthy correction to build strength for the next rally.
Cas Abbe predicts the ETH price could climb to $5,500–$6,000 by November 2025. This is based on the momentum and patterns described, potentially driven by factors like inflows into the spot ETH ETFs.
Markets Anticipate More Fed Rate Cuts
Anticipations of more future rate cuts by the U.S. Federal Reserve have further added to the bullish Ethereum outlook.
In September, the Federal Reserve reduced interest rates by 25 basis points for the first time this year. This decision follows concerns by policymakers about weakness in the labor market, a likely early sign of an economic slowdown.
Again, traders and even policymakers are pricing in another rate cut in October. Wall Street appears to agree, as the CME Group’s FedWatch tool indicates an 89% chance of an interest rate cut in October. It also predicted a 71% rate cut in December.
Taking to the X platform, crypto analyst That Martini Guy, said more rate cuts are coming. He believes the crypto market will benefit from a potential rate cut and even targets ETH at $10,000.

Historically, major Fed easing cycles have fueled liquidity-driven rallies across digital assets. Hence, if cuts materialise as expected, the Ethereum price could benefit most from L2 adoption and renewed institutional flows into staking.
The Key Ethereum Price Levels to Watch
Amid the bullish ETH sentiments, analyst TedPillows has highlighted some key levels to watch. He noted that ETH is facing resistance at the $4,500 level. This price level acts as a ceiling, which could determine whether ETH sees more upside or downtrends.

If ETH closes convincingly above $4,500, it signals bulls are back in control. That could trigger a quick rally toward those higher targets, possibly towards $4,700-$4,750, according to TedPillows.
Typically, breaking resistance turns it into support, often sparking a surge in momentum.
In contrast, if ETH faces rejection at $4,500, the price could dump towards $4,250 or even lower. This is because failed breakouts can trigger stop-loss sales, increasing the downside. It is a risk of overextension after a bullish run.
For now, traders are advised to trade with caution as they await the next big signal.
