Shiba Inu price has blown through a long consolidation and has caught the attention of traders and analysts. Technical data shows a possible 200% upside if momentum can be sustained above key support levels. Analysts said the breakout could be the start of a new bullish cycle in SHIB.
Shiba Inu Price Could Rally 200% After Breakout
Analyst Javon Marks believed the recent Shiba Inu price breakout signals the beginning of a significant uptrend. He pointed to a bullish divergence pattern, which is historically a precursor to great rallies, indicating that the momentum is turning upwards. His analysis calls for a potential 200% move to the $0.000032 resistance zone.

Marks clarified that SHIB has developed a definite structure, similar to its past accumulation periods. Each time the token has consolidated and broken higher, delivering strong percentage gains. This technical behavior, he said, is very much in line with earlier cycles of recovery in 2021 and 2023.
According to Marks, the breakout from the descending pattern confirms the change in control from sellers to buyers. He added that the key level to defend is about $0.000009, where buying volume is strongest. Holding on to this zone would preserve momentum and avoid a deeper correction.
Marks added that continued volume growth will be necessary for SHIB to get back to higher levels. If the price continues to close above $0.000010, traders could expect a move towards the $0.000032 resistance. The bullish setup is in place as long as SHIB does not break back below its current support structure.
Burn Data Decreases, Shiba Inu Price Holds Steady
While optimistic about the future, Shibburn data revealed a short-term decline in SHIB burn activity. Over the past 24 hours, only 919,747 tokens have been burned, representing a 78% decrease from the previous day. Over the week, only 32.2 million tokens were burned — a 47% drop from previous amounts.

Despite the lower burn rate, the Shiba Inu price remains stable at approximately $0.0000096, down 4% in the last 24 hours. The market capitalization is approximately $5.69 billion, indicating continued investor confidence despite easing deflationary pressure. Analysts believe the slowdown is a natural pause in the market’s rebalancing.
Burnout activity is often related to network engagement and speculative interests. When volumes are low, volatility is likely to decrease in the short run as traders await a better indication. However, the technical breakdown signals that accumulation may be changing to panic selling. This transition usually precedes better bullish waves.
Investors are also keeping an eye on liquidity levels, which remain consistent despite reduced burn rates. The steadiness is a sign that SHIB’s price floor is strengthening with the reduction of speculative exits. If burn activity resumes in tandem with volume growth, the upward trajectory could grow sharply. Maintaining the current range helps support the probability of a sustained recovery.
Market Structure Indicates Early Recovery
On-chain chart analysis showed that the market dominance of Shiba Inu has recovered from 0.11% to 0.17%. The pattern on that chart is a falling wedge pattern similar to setups that caused SHIB’s previous rallies. Analysts said this breakout pattern is the beginning of long-term bullish reversals.

The increase in dominance matches up with larger accumulation patterns evident throughout the memecoin sector. Analysts view this as a sign of returning liquidity and improved investor sentiment. If dominance rises above 0.25%, it may indicate a confirmed recovery trend, exceeding short-term gains.
This structure also reflects capital rotation within the market, as sidelined liquidity flows back into trending tokens. Historical data show that similar circumstances preceded SHIB’s biggest rallies. As long as SHIB remains above its current support, analysts believe it is possible to see an extended move towards $0.000032.
