XRP price is trading near a watched flip zone as on-chain data points to fresh distribution from large holders. At the same time, XRP is nearing a resolution of the triangle pattern, with volatility compressing into a tighter range.
Meanwhile, Ripple-backed wXRP is set to launch on Solana, adding a new route into DeFi liquidity. Additionally, Ripple expanded its regulated banking footprint in Europe through a new partnership with Ripple Payments and AMINA Bank. These factors are shaping near-term positioning around key support and resistance levels.
The current XRP price prediction is being guided by a mix of whale behaviour, market structure, and new rails that connect XRP to broader settlement and DeFi activity. Therefore, traders are monitoring whether demand can absorb the sell-side flow while the price remains within a contested zone.
XRP Price Prediction: Whale Distribution Tests the Flip Zone
Recent XRP price prediction was pressured by a reported increase in whale selling over the past week. Ali Charts data indicated that large wallets sold about 280 million XRP during that period. The tracked cohort typically encompasses wallets with balances ranging from approximately one million to one billion XRP, and the chart indicates a steady decline.

Moreover, earlier periods of sharp balance declines in whale cohorts often coincided with local price weakness or extended consolidation. As supply left large wallets during those phases, the XRP price struggled to maintain upside momentum for long.
wXRP Launch on Solana Expands XRP Access
Also, XRP cross-chain footprint is also changing as wXRP prepares to launch on Solana through a 1:1 wrapped structure. The design keeps XRP redeemable on a one-for-one basis while allowing the wrapped asset to move through Solana-based applications.
The rollout is supported by Hex Trust and LayerZero, which are positioned to provide bridging and operational support for issuance and redemption flows.

Additionally, the launch reframes the XRP vs Solana discussion by turning Solana into a secondary venue for XRP liquidity rather than a direct rival network. Solana’s DeFi stack includes lending markets, liquidity pools, and tokenized asset activity, which create new demand channels for wXRP.
Analysts referenced expectations of more than $100 million in TVL at launch, although actual deposits will depend on user incentives and the depth of early liquidity.
Triangle Compression $1.80 Support in Focus
XRP price prediction is also tightening into a symmetrical triangle, according to TradingView charting. The pattern reflects declining volatility, with buyers defending the rising trendline support while sellers cap the upside near the descending resistance.
In this structure, XRP price prediction centers on the next confirmed break. A move above the upper boundary could open a test of the $2.40 resistance, where supply appeared during prior rallies.

On the downside, failure to hold the triangle base will keep $1.80 as the most important near-term support, as it has previously attracted strong demand. A break below that level would weaken the higher-low sequence seen over recent weeks.
Ripple Payments Partners With AMINA Bank
Away from XRP price prediction, Ripple announced a partnership with AMINA Bank AG to support cross-border payments using Ripple Payments. FINMA regulates AMINA in Switzerland and becomes the first European bank cited by Ripple as adopting its licensed end-to-end payments solution.
The integration aims to reduce friction between blockchain operations and traditional banking rails for AMINA’s crypto-native clients. This includes flows that involve stablecoins and fiat settlement routes.
Ripple said AMINA previously became the first bank to support Ripple USD (RLUSD) earlier in 2025 by offering custody and trading services for clients holding RLUSD. Ripple reported that XRP payments cover more than 90% of daily FX markets and have processed over $95 billion in volume.
As these rails expand, XRP price prediction remains tied to whether technical support holds while liquidity and utility narratives evolve.
