Could Ethereum ETFs Propel The ETH Price Beyond $4,000?
  • Ethereum ETF products have continued to attract institutional investment.
  • Recently, the ETH price surpassed $3,000 amid ETF inflows.
  • Technical indicators and analyst predictions support Ethereum’s potential to break the $4,000 mark.

Spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have recently seen a surge in inflows for the third time. Before that, the ETF products had two straight days of outflows. It had sparked concern over a lack of institutional interest.

The recent performance of Ethereum ETFs showcases a rekindling of institutional interest. Also, it has sparked discussions about the potential for ETH to break the $4,000 mark.

Ethereum experienced a bull run after Donald Trump’s victory in the November 5 US elections. It is widely recognized for its smart contract capabilities and decentralized applications (dApps).

Recent Ethereum ETFs Inflows

Recently, spot Ethereum ETFs have recorded their best-performing day in 13 weeks. On November 8, Ethereum ETF closed the trading week with a cumulative inflow of $85.9 Million.

It had registered $52.3 Million and $79.7 Million on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively. Ethereum ETFs have experienced three consecutive days of positive flows and accumulated over $217 Million.

BlackRock (ETHA) is behind the inflow on the week’s last trading day with $59.8 million. This highlighted a strong preference for ETHA among institutional investors in the Ethereum ETF space.

Fidelity Investments (FETH) also registered inflows of $18.4 Million. It represented a drop from its previous two days when it had more investor interest than BlackRock’s ETHA.

On Wednesday and Thursday, Fidelity attracted $26.9 Million and $28.9 Million. It was more than the zero inflow and $23.7 Million for BlackRock on the same days.

Interestingly, the week also saw four successive days of no outflows among all the ETF products, even for Grayscale (ETHE). The only outflow occurred on the week’s first trading day with three products: Fidelity, Grayscale, and Grayscale Mini Trust.

They recorded outflows of $31.5 Million, $10.8 Million, and $31.9 Million, respectively. Notably, they closed the daily ETF trading with a cumulative outflow of $63.2 million.

The influx of capital in Ethereum ETFs indicates strong investor interest and confidence in Ethereum as a valuable asset. Also, institutional investors see ETFs as a safer way to gain cryptocurrency exposure. Now, more participants are willing to invest in ETH.

Will Ethereum (ETH) Hit the $4,000 Mark?

Ethereum has recently experienced a surge in its price. It broke past the $3000 mark during the early trading hours on Nov 8. The ETH price has seen a massive 16.6% surge in the last seven days.

The positive market sentiment fueled this upward trend. Also, the significant ETF inflows have bolstered this price movement.

Now, Ethereum’s price can rise above $4000, according to several analysts on X. A surge in Ethereum’s future open interest hints at a huge rally for ETH.

Analysts have predicted the ETH price could hit the $4,000 price level if the rising demand for Ethereum’s futures continues.
