Amyris is a synthetic biotechnology company with its trademark Lab-to-Market technology platform and clean beauty consumer brands. Amyris plans to continue operating its consumer brands, vial retail partners, and e-commerce platforms after selling these vertices. As the stock price was below $1.00 from April to June 2023, it gained a bit and fell below the mark from July 2023, NASDAQ notified Amyris of delisting or failure to satisfy a continued listing rule. Moderna Inc. (NASDAQ: MRNA) gained 1.21% to $101.49.

Amyris Inc. (AMRS) Stock: Candle Exploration

The recent pullback of over 100% after the bankruptcy announcement could be due to a short squeeze. It could be good news for investors if the price crosses immediate resistance at $0.3437 and sustains for a considerable time. But the possibility of a bullish momentum or price entering the selling zone is slim.

Descending 200EMA hints at a drop; the relatively flat moving 50EMA also reported a sharp drop, again suggesting a price drop. However, the RSI at 22.25 entered the oversold zone; this condition usually refers to a price jump. If Amyris’ finances get a boost, the stock price could soon cross the $1.00 barrier.
