The XRP price traded near $1.04 to $1.06 as sellers kept control of the short-term trend. Bulls defended the $0.98 to $1.00 support zone, but they have not reclaimed the level needed to change the market structure.
Analysts now point to $1.16 as the key level for a stronger recovery. Until XRP breaks above that area, the broader XRP price prediction remains cautious.
XRP Price Prediction: Ripple Crypto Tests Breakout Level
XRP price remains under pressure after a weak stretch across the wider crypto market. The token has held above its first major support zone near $0.98 to $0.99. That defense has helped prevent a deeper fall, but it has not confirmed a trend reversal.
Market researcher More Crypto Online said XRP still trades inside a bearish structure. The analyst tracks $1.16 as the level bulls need to reclaim. A clear move above that price could show that buyers have regained short-term control.

The current XRP price prediction depends on whether buyers can turn support into momentum. XRP needs buyers to push the price above $1.16 before the recovery outlook can improve.
If bulls clear that level, XRP crypto could attempt a larger Wave 2 rebound. The next resistance zone sits between $1.27 and $1.42. Sellers may return in that area if volume fails to expand.
XRP Crypto Sellers Still Control Momentum
XRP traded around $1.04 on Wednesday, staying close to the psychological $1.00 level. The token also remained below several moving averages, which shows that sellers still control the near-term trend.
The 50-day EMA sits near $1.19, while the 100-day and 200-day EMAs stand higher near $1.30 and $1.52. The Bollinger middle band near $1.12 now acts as the first resistance area.
XRP crypto must break above that zone before buyers can challenge the $1.16 level. A failure to clear these levels could keep the price under pressure.

Technical indicators also show limited strength. The Relative Strength Index reading at 32 can allow a short-term bounce. The MACD still gives a weak signal on the daily chart. That setup shows that bearish pressure has not faded.
Investor demand for XRP-linked products has softened in the short term. XRP spot ETFs recorded almost $3 million in outflows on Tuesday after stronger inflows in earlier sessions. Cumulative inflows still sit near $1.48 billion, while average net assets remain close to $944 million.
This shows long-term demand has not disappeared, but short-term appetite has weakened. Traders now need fresh buying activity to help XRP move away from the $1.00 area.
XRP Price Prediction: Will Ripple Fall to $0.74?
The downside risk remains clear if XRP price loses the $0.98 to $0.99 support zone. More Crypto Online identified $0.74 as the next major support if sellers force a deeper decline. A break below $1.00 could therefore increase pressure on bulls.
The Bollinger lower band also sits close to $0.99. That area now carries extra weight because it overlaps with the main demand zone. If XRP price closes below it with strong selling volume, traders may expect another leg lower.
