XRP Price Prediction: Breakout Fractal or Another Major Cycle Top?

As long-term patterns diverge on its next major direction, XRP price charts indicate that the asset is getting close to a structurally decisive point. Analysts remain split between a potential breakout toward multi-year highs and the possibility of another cyclical top forming at current levels. Market analysts highlight the latest XRP price predictions from its charts.

Fractal Structure Points to XRP Price Breakout

According to analyst Cryptollica, XRP price was tracking a multi-phase market structure on the 2-week timeframe that mirrors its historic 2014-2017 consolidation cycle. The analyst pointed out a pattern of four structural stages that previously created parabolic surges following a long accumulation phase.

Per the analyst, the crypto was on an uptrend with higher lows following an upward trendline and repeatedly testing the resistance near $1.95. This is the most important macro breakout point.

Accumulation zones point to long-term buying interest, which suggests that investors are positioned for a possible expansion phase.

Cryptollica noted that XRP was through with its early-cycle stages and could now be at the stage where its structure shifts into a markup phase. The analyst projected a long-term XRP price prediction of $10+, as long as it breaks above the $1.95-$2.00 threshold.

Historical Cycle Comparison Signals Macro Top

Meanwhile, analyst Master presented a diverging perspective based on the recurring multi-cycle tops of XRP.

The analyst highlighted three significant historical highs, explaining how each high developed on a sloping falling resistance line and then into prolonged phases of decline.

The chart shows contraction of volatility after each upswing, after which the price goes into long-term demand between $0.10 and $0.20.

The pattern of lower highs and repeated top-formation zones indicated that XRP is likely undergoing another cycle of exhaustion. The falling arrows show possible directions to further accumulation zones if the XRP price does not break over its long-term macro resistance.

This interpretation suggested that unless XRP decisively breaks the falling structural ceiling, the asset could run the risk of going into another cyclical corrective period.

Market Turnaround Nears as Spot XRP ETF Launches

In a separate development, analyst STEPH IS CRYPTO pointed out a major fundamental catalyst — the launch of the Bitwise spot XRP ETF. Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley stated that “the turnaround is coming,” arguing that the traditional four-year cycle model no longer defines the current market structure.

He asserted that the crypto market has been in a downtrend for about six months and is now nearing its recovery phase.

Horsley emphasized that institutional participation, increased liquidity, and regulatory evolution materially strengthened crypto fundamentals.

The upcoming XRP ETF was presented as both a result of this shift and a potential accelerator of renewed demand. This development provides a supportive backdrop for XRP price prediction models, which anticipate higher institutional inflows and improved market conditions.

Supply-Reduction Model Highlights Upside Risk

Additionally, another analysis by Ripple Bull Winkle presented a supply-shock model that plots future price responses of XRP based on the shrinking circulating supply.

According to the model, supply decreases over a period of twelve months to zero from 31.68B, where the ETF inflows are the major demand drivers.

Price projections escalate as supply reduces, which shows the workings of extreme supply-side repricing when liquidity is limited.

Notably, the table depicts nonlinear price responses as supply drops below 10B units, which supports the thesis that the institutional demand could be a major factor in making XRP volatile. Despite the theoretical aspect of the model, it shows that the presence of supply compression and inflows of ETFs can have a high impact on the future price variations of XRP.

Moreover, it highlights that XRP is sensitive to structural liquidity restrictions in terms of its valuation. At the time of press, XRP crypto was trading at around $2.14.
