- The Developer of Bitcoin Cash ABC announced a new upgrade for the client software
- Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA) was up by 70% over 24 hours
- Bitcoin Cash ABC is suffering as a new cryptocurrency
- Bitcoin ABC will support both Bitcoin Cash ABC and Bitcoin Cash Node
After the split of Bitcoin Cash, we observed that Amaury Sachet’s Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA) was suffering to gain hash power. Recently Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA) shows a sign of life, as on Wednesday, the token was up by 70% after the developer publicized a new upgrade for their client software.Â
Bitcoin Cash ABC gasps much-needed life
Following Sunday’s hard fork, Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA) was getting smashed by Bitcoin Cash Node (BCHN) in a short hash war. The news of the hash war spread a rumor in the space that Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA) is about to disappear from the network. However, after yesterday’s announcement of a new upgrade, Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA) is now able to take much needed breathes to survive on the network.
The 70% boost assures the space with positivity
According to data from CoinMarketCap, it was observed that Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA) opened trading at $11.78. Currently, the token is trading with a considerable volume on several crypto exchanges. We observed that the token’s low record was at $10.50 and high at $21, after which it settled in the range of $19 to $20. The metrics showed around a 70% increment in its price over 24 hours. However, Amaury also indicated positivity for the future of Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA) via a tweet. Amaury mentioned that he would remain with the community of ABC.Â
Bitcoin Cash ABC is facing heavy crosswinds as a new token
Bitcoin Cash ABC loses the claim to the name and ticker of BCH. To gain merchant and exchange support, the token faces a heavy crosswind as a new token. Pointing to these problems, the miners have added only a few blocks since the hard fork. This slowdown is because of high mining difficulty and deficiency of hash power to find blocks, as the most recent block of Bitcoin Cash ABC took seven-hour to find and contained more than 14,000 transactions. However, the block has an uptick from its last block with 1,674 transactions.
Bitcoin ABC will support both ABC and Node
A recent tweet revealed that Bitcoin ABC would support both Bitcoin Cash ABC and Bitcoin Cash Node to serve firms who adopted the token as a payment method. Now several businesses will have the option to choose among the Bitcoin Cash ABC and Bitcoin Cash Node chain to run their operations.
