As a real estate investment trust (REIT), the company’s revenue performance is notably unappealing, evident from its consecutive negative growth of 18% since 2019. This decline stands in contrast to the broader real estate industry, which is experiencing a Year-on-Year (YOY) growth rate of 5.1%.
