Stellar (XLM) price is gaining momentum as technical and regulatory factors drive bullish sentiment. At press time, Stellar price traded near $0.40, which was up over 4% in 24 hours. Analysts believe a rally to $1.00 could open as soon as a confirmed breakout above $0.50.
XLM Price Could Rally to $1 if $0.50 Breaks
Crypto analyst Ali identified a strong inverse head and shoulders pattern on the XLM daily chart. He explained that the right shoulder has been completed, giving bulls the structure for a breakout.
His chart showed clean support targets at $0.62, $0.69, $0.81, and $0.94, if the $0.50 neckline is breached.

Ali also emphasized the need for a daily close above $0.50 to verify bullish movement. He added that this breakout could draw more buyers.
This allows Stellar to extend its rally toward the $1 psychological level. Short-term resistance is $0.47, and interim support is about $0.36 and $0.33.
US-UK Crypto Deal Could Accelerate Stellar Adoption
Meanwhile, X Finance Bull emphasized the significance of the impending US-UK crypto collaboration. This initiative is centered on stablecoins and regulatory clarity, key pillars of Stellar’s long-term strategy.
He attested that the design of XLM for cross-border payments, tokenization, and ISO 20022 compliance aligns perfectly with global regulatory goals. If the agreement comes to fruition, this could enhance investor trust and motivate institutions to adopt it.
The proposed cooperation would guarantee better interoperability and shared rules over bigger markets. For Stellar, this clarity could lead to more financial institutions adopting the payment network and issuing stablecoins. This leads to better price action.
XLM Gains Momentum as Regulatory Clarity & Stablecoin Utility Drive Adoption
Apart from the technical indicators, the rise in the XLM price is also backed by wider market conditions. Improving crypto sentiment and the search for a regulated and scalable blockchain solution put Stellar in a solid position.
Stablecoins remain the core of Stellar’s ecosystem, enabling remittances and cross-border settlements. Clarification from the U.S. and U.K. on regulatory status could expand these use cases. This results in higher liquidity and overall adoption.
Anchors, entities that serve as licensed fiat and blockchain links, represent an opportunity through standardized standards. This provides more seamless movement on and off-ramps.
These structural benefits could further solidify Stellar’s status as a bridge between traditional finance and digital assets.
Sell Wall at $0.47 Must Clear for Breakout
However, analyst CW observed the significance of a large sell wall that is present until $0.47. His chart showed heavy supply pressure from $0.43 to $0.47 that could slow short-term gains.

CW noted that only a strong breakout above the key resistance zone could unlock further upside. This would pave the way toward Ali’s $0.50 target and higher Fibonacci levels.
He highlighted major demand zones at $0.33 and $0.22 as key downside buffers. These levels could offer strong support if the price experiences a correction.
CW noted that bulls remain in control as long as XLM crypto holds these lower support zones. Clearing $0.47-$0.50 would likely unleash better momentum and validate the projection to $0.62 and beyond.
