Solana Crypto Stack Up By Whales Growing as 134,628 SOL Exits Binance

A large Solana crypto whale just withdrew 134,628 SOL worth $31.8 million from Binance after first depositing $32.4 million in USDC.

The move comes as Solana trades near $238, facing resistance levels that could decide whether the price heads toward $300 or slows down in the near term.

Whale Adds to Solana Crypto Holdings

In a major development, a whale wallet with the tag ‘9PYSeq’ has taken a major position in Solana.

The account deposited $32.4 million in USDC to Binance and then withdrew 134,628 SOL, valued at $31.8 million.

The transaction was recorded five hours before market watchers picked it up. Whale actions often draw attention because they can affect liquidity and sentiment.

When large accounts build positions, traders look for clues about market direction from the moves.

Some view these moves as signs of confidence, while others see them as short-term plays. In either case, the scale of the purchase makes it a key event.

Solana has been attracting steady whale interest this year. These large investors may be positioning for long-term growth or upcoming market structure shifts.

Despite recent price swings, the latest acquisition highlights this trend, showing that Solana remains a target for big buyers.

The withdrawal also highlights how whales use exchanges strategically. By moving funds in and out, they adjust exposure, manage risk, and sometimes influence short-term market flows.

While not every whale move shifts price immediately, such transactions add weight to overall trading activity.

Solana Price Holds Near Resistance

Solana is currently priced around $238, down 0.86% in the past day. This level is important because it marks a macro resistance line.

The same line served as support earlier this year and is now a barrier for further gains.

Analysts are split on what happens next. Some believe Solana could reject resistance and trade sideways for a time.

Others argue it has enough strength to push above $300 soon. A move to $300 would represent gains of 25% to 30% from the current price.

Price action around resistance is critical. If Solana crypto breaks through, it could draw more buyers and build momentum.

If it fails, traders may wait for another attempt later this year. The path will depend on volume, sentiment, and broader market conditions.

Despite short-term uncertainty, Solana remains one of the top traded tokens. Its strong liquidity keeps it in focus for retail traders, funds, and whales alike.

Each test of resistance adds to the larger story of whether Solana can extend beyond previous highs.

Market Cap Stands Above Past Peak

Solana now holds a market cap of about $129.46 billion. That is nearly double its market cap at the last cycle’s peak.

Even though its price is close to the previous all-time high of $260, the gap between price and market cap shows growth in activity and adoption.

Trading volume over the last 24 hours is $5.72 billion, though it is down 34.48% from the previous day.

Lower volume signals some cooling after recent rallies, but the overall numbers remain strong compared with earlier cycles.

Some market voices suggest Solana crypto could aim for a $500 billion market cap if it continues to gain market share against Ethereum. Such a valuation would place Solana near $1,000 per coin.

These figures remain projections but show the scale of discussion around Solana’s potential.

For now, attention is on short-term levels. With whales adding to stacks and Solana testing resistance, the coming weeks may show whether it can climb toward $300.
