Avalanche price has slumped to a strong pivot point of the Murrey Math Lines tool. It has also formed a bullish megaphone chart pattern. This suggests further upside in the coming weeks, as the burn rate and transaction count are expected to surge.
Avalanche Price Technical Analysis Suggests a Rebound is Coming
Technical analysis suggests that the AVAX price could be on the verge of a strong rebound in the coming weeks. First, the coin has dropped to the strong, pivot, and reverse point of the Murrey Math Lines tool.
Additionally, there are signs that it has moved to the oversold level. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) moved to the oversold level of 30.
Additionally, the Stochastic Oscillator has shifted from the overbought level of 99 in September to its current oversold point of 20. It is common for cryptocurrencies to rebound after hitting their oversold levels.
Meanwhile, the Avalanche price has formed a megaphone pattern. It is characterized by two rising and diverging trendlines.

In this case, the upper side of the megaphone connects the highest swings in March and May last year and September this year. The lower side has been linked to the lowest levels since April last year.
The megaphone pattern leads to a bullish breakout over time. If this happens, the initial target level to watch will be $36, the highest point in September, which is about 86% above the current level. A jump above that level will signal more gains to the extreme overshoot level of $43.
However, a drop below the lower side of the Murrey Math Lines tool will point to more downside. It could be to the ultimate support level of $12.50.
AVAX Burn Rate is Soaring
One potential catalyst for the AVAX price is its increasing burn rate. It is reducing the amount of tokens in circulation.
Data shows that Avalanche’s network just hit the highest monthly burn rate in the last 12 months this month. It has burned AVAX tokens worth approximately $1.1 million, a figure that may continue to rise as the month progresses.

Avalanche utilizes the burn mechanism to offset the amount of tokens it unlocks regularly. It achieves this by burning all the fees the network generates, a figure that will likely continue to rise now that it is gaining more widespread adoption.

Nansen data shows that the Avalanche network handled over 52 million transactions in the last 30 days. As a result, the network fees increased by 97% to $2.1 million.
Avalanche Price Has More Bullish Catalysts
Avalanche price has several bullish catalysts that may boost its value in the coming weeks or months. One of these catalysts is that the network has continued to gain traction in the real-world asset tokenization industry.
There, its total assets have jumped to over $743 million, making it the sixth-largest player in the industry. Analysts believe that the RWA industry is still in its infancy, with assets worth trillions set to be tokenized in the coming years.
Companies like Skybridge Capital and Franklin Templeton have selected Avalanche because of its fast speeds and low transaction costs. Another notable catalyst for the AVAX price is the increasing number of companies that are embracing its role as a treasury asset.
This includes top companies like Avalanche Treasury & Co., AVAX One, and Colony Lab. Unlike Bitcoin, which does not have an annual yield, Avalanche has a yield of about 7.14%.
This means that a $1 billion treasury company can expect to receive over $70 million in annual staking return if the yield remains intact. Avalanche Network has also become a major player in the stablecoin industry, with a market capitalization exceeding $1.5 billion.
This growth is expected to accelerate once Wyoming launches its FRNT token on the network later this year. These fundamentals will help to support the AVAX price over time
