Ethereum price has seen choppy trading over the past two weeks as it flirts with $4,400. Despite this sideways movement, market analysts remain bullish on ETH, expecting a rally of $10,000 and more.
Moreover, asset managers are pushing for staking approval on Ether ETFs, as inflows bounce back.
Can Ethereum Price Surge to $10K in the Near Term?
Ethereum price has seen sideways movement after a strong rally since mid-June to the ATH of $4,884. The current volatility has left investors confused about where ETH is heading next.
Amid this uncertainty, some market analysts continue to stay bullish, expecting an additional rally ahead. Popular crypto analyst Iko WEB3 on the X platform stated that Ethereum is currently testing a key support zone. Technical indicators are pointing to a possible breakout.
On the 4-hour chart, ETH is forming a falling wedge pattern, hinting at additional upside. Analysts note that if buying momentum strengthens and trading volume confirms the breakout, Ethereum could target the $5,000 level.

Crypto analyst Titan of Crypto believes Ethereum could hit $10,000 this year. His prediction hinges on a bullish technical pattern known as a weekly bull pennant.

If Ethereum breaks out of this pattern, it may trigger a strong upward rally. Per the analyst, the chart’s projected target supports the possibility of ETH hitting the five-figure level within the current cycle.
Ethereum Price Could See More Pain Before Gains
Before Ethereum price rallies to $10,000, market analysts believe it will see some pain and pullback. Analyst Michael van de Poppe said he is closely watching Ethereum’s ability to hold its current support level at $4,466.
He warned that failure to maintain this zone could trigger a substantial correction in the coming week. However, such a correction would present significant buying opportunities.

Market strategist Ted Pillows noted that Ethereum has been consolidating just below its 2021 all-time high. He pointed out that in 2021, ETH corrected more than 25% after retesting the 2017 peak.

Pillows added that a similar correction this time could bring ETH down to the $3,700–$3,800 range. However, he believes the Ethereum price could reverse from there, staging a potential rally toward $10,000 by Q1 2026.
Staking Demand for Ether ETF Grows
Analyst Ted Pillows noted that institutions are gearing up for the possible approval of an Ether ETF with staking features. This move could unlock new yield opportunities and drive major institutional interest in Ethereum.
He highlighted that Grayscale has been moving around 3,200 ETH daily across hundreds of addresses. Pillows noted that this signals the preparations ahead of regulatory development.

On the other hand, inflows into spot Ethereum ETFs have gathered pace once again. BlackRock Ether ETF (ETHA) accounts for most of the inflows. This shows that institutional demand for ETH is picking up pace once again.
